The perfect candidate will have prior industry experience within a Harley-Davidson dealership, follow a structured sales process and have a superior focus on customer service and after the sale follow up skills.
P&A TEAM MEMBER -We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our professional Parts Team selling Harley-Davidson Parts and Accessories. The perfect candidate will have prior industry experience within a Harley-Davidson dealership, have knowledge of Talon II, and have superior customer service skills as well as product knowledge.
SERVICE ADVISOR - We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our professional Service Team working to identify our customers needs and writing / closing accurate repair orders based on those needs. The perfect candidate will have prior industry experience within a Harley-Davidson dealership, have knowledge of Talon II, warranty submissions and policies, and have superior customer service skills as well as product knowledge.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN – Minimum 3 year’s dealership experience in the maintenance and customization of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Must have a verifiable history of quality workmanship.
